If I could sing like an oscine I’d sing beautiful tunes of loving you,<\/span><\/p>\n

For you it would become as common as the Texas morning dew,<\/span><\/p>\n

My songs, although trivial to the world, would be of loving only you,<\/span><\/p>\n

I would sing of your beauty and wonderful things you always do,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For so many years you’ve stood by and endured at my side,<\/span><\/p>\n

You were there in tears each time I returned after having died,<\/span><\/p>\n

There is no better return from the afterlife than you at my side,<\/span><\/p>\n

I have done so many things in my life but you’re my only pride,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If I could write rhymes of fame for you and the world to read,<\/span><\/p>\n

The first words I would ask all to read would be of one deed,<\/span><\/p>\n

A poem saying you chose me to love is now my favorite read,<\/span><\/p>\n

Let words from “Love on the Dance Floor” be quoted, I plead,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Too many doubt my words that embarrass you too many times,<\/span><\/p>\n

I write of beautiful eyes and say I love you in most of my rhymes,<\/span><\/p>\n

Because of you my love life has known nothing but best of times,<\/span><\/p>\n

Believed impossible, my love still soars as an eagle in flight climbs,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I would never ask you to say words you’d prefer to never speak,<\/span><\/p>\n

But to hear “I want you” with passion aflame truly makes me weak,<\/span><\/p>\n

If words of love or passion’s peak are heard of me it is of you I speak,<\/span><\/p>\n

I have wondered through the years how your beauty has yet to peak,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You are the angel of morning light, the one men dream of at night,<\/span><\/p>\n

Birds that float high above the timbers must search for you in flight,<\/span><\/p>\n

Beauty is a common bond seen in creatures of daylight and the night,<\/span><\/p>\n

The face sculptor’s seek is of you, I truly believe this line to be right,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To show hearts filled with love many painters showed it with a flame,<\/span><\/p>\n

Oils of long ago captured beauty most often from those with fame,<\/span><\/p>\n

If I was a famous knight I would have fame more known as the flame,<\/span><\/p>\n

An image shown as a depiction of our love, is an eruption by name,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your heart is of gold and your eyes sparkle like diamonds in the night,<\/span><\/p>\n

Is it possible to be embedded of sparkling diamonds shining bright?<\/span><\/p>\n

There is magic in all you are and do, especially shown of you at night,<\/span><\/p>\n

When we rest in each other’s arms at evening’s start everything is right,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I believe a common bond of love is found in creatures large and small,<\/span><\/p>\n

You have the ability to consider love in spooky creatures short and tall,<\/span><\/p>\n

Amazingly you carry the weight of a golden heart although you’re small,<\/span><\/p>\n

You are a fair maiden taken from rhymes of centuries ago to heed my call,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I pray you never rue the day of our vows joining as husband and wife,<\/span><\/p>\n

As an oldster of seventeen and you a mature thirteen you became my life,<\/span><\/p>\n

No man past, present or of future life could have such a wonderful wife,<\/span><\/p>\n

Together you and I endured so much including war and parent’s strife,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For you I will recite rhymes throughout the night until morning dew,<\/span><\/p>\n

But if I try to sing like an oscine bird I fear my vocals may alienate you,<\/span><\/p>\n

My website is insignificant to the world but it is something I must do,<\/span><\/p>\n

Every line I’ve written here for you is to say, “I’m so in love with you”.<\/span><\/p>\n
