{"id":1776,"date":"2022-07-29T10:51:24","date_gmt":"2022-07-29T15:51:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poemsforpatti.com\/love\/?p=1776"},"modified":"2022-08-14T10:53:08","modified_gmt":"2022-08-14T15:53:08","slug":"sensations-of-love","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.poemsforpatti.com\/love\/2022\/07\/29\/sensations-of-love\/","title":{"rendered":"Sensations of Love"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">What sensation did I feel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">from looking into her hazel eyes?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I ask because I wonder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">about all things under God\u2019s skies,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">She overwhelms me<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">with emotions of the heart felt in full,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Each beat of my heart<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">is of love for her it feels like a jewel,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Her beauty is beyond<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">any beauty I have ever seen or known,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Her morning beauty<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">allows me to wake into a paradise zone,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When I touch her flesh<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I feel a sensation that\u2019s unknown to me,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Does her consciousness<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">move into me along with love so freely,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I\u2019ve known her tender lips<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">for half a century plus a bit more,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Her first kiss given me<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">woke me to know love as never before,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I belong to her as<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I vowed my heart and love to never sever,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I knew on first sight<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">that I would love her eternally forever,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The end, for Patti by Pat<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What sensation did I feel from looking into her hazel eyes?
