I am a man grateful to her for love she always shows,<\/p>\n
Her kindnesses to me fill me with joy as my love grows,<\/p>\n

That I have been so fortunate for over fifty five years,<\/p>\n
She wants me forever happy to never shed sad tears,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
She does so many little things to add moments of joy,<\/p>\n
From an apple to eat to a shiny rock or just a small toy,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
They seem insignificant to most but I see it as treasure,<\/p>\n
Through my life through every day she brings pleasure,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Within my heart and soul I\u2019m excited as she draws near,<\/p>\n
As she approaches tingling excitement is felt so clear,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This truth of my hearts response is treasured deep within,<\/p>\n
None has brought excitement or has had chance to begin,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Why, I\u2019ve wondered so often, why do so much for me,<\/p>\n
Love is truly difficult to understand and how it can be,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Our marriage seems a decade, yet it\u2019s plus half a century,<\/p>\n
Quickly time has passed and her love remains a mystery,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Grateful tears have fallen along with tears of regret,<\/p>\n
Such an adorable woman with so much beauty and yet,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
She has chosen a man so insignificant in the worlds eye,<\/p>\n
Much more she deserves that with remaining years I\u2019ll try,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
To dedicate more time to write of her heart\u2019s revelations,<\/p>\n
Her kindnesses shown to God\u2019s animals and creations,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
She finds happiness in wild flowers and such small things,<\/p>\n
Her joy lifts my heart as if I could fly with love given wings,<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I give thanks to have her in my life, said correctly as my life,<\/p>\n
As teardrops flow I kneel to give thanks to God, for my wife.<\/p>\n
