Some are allowed to kneel at heaven\u2019s gate praying for entry,<\/span><\/p>\n

While others are turned away by an angel in form of a sentry,<\/span><\/p>\n

Gifts from God are often given to those of undeserving soul,<\/span><\/p>\n

For me entry to Heaven came in to the on the day wedding bells toll,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

My heart once leapt past acquaintance time into love\u2019s realm,<\/span><\/p>\n

I fell in love only once but it came with enough force to overwhelm,<\/span><\/p>\n

To love another at first sight was more an awakening than a fall,<\/span><\/p>\n

I realized you were in my love dreams as far back as I could recall,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Some dreams were of a beautiful angel with flowing dark hair,<\/span><\/p>\n

You were the angel of my dreams atop a long winding wood stair,<\/span><\/p>\n

Wood finish was by angel\u2019s touch to show grain in heaven\u2019s light,<\/span><\/p>\n

My rose bouquet of heavenly red matched your lips to our delight,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

That ceremony five decades ago gave entry through heaven\u2019s gate,<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe each sensation of love that enters our being is how we relate,<\/span><\/p>\n

A minute with you is no doubt a gift from Heaven that grows by day,<\/span><\/p>\n

To see you play with children brings me joy each time along the way,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Walking through paradise with you has removed burdens of health,<\/span><\/p>\n

Sensations given of your kiss bring me the riches of emotional wealth,<\/span><\/p>\n

To be infused with love each day through physical or mental touch,<\/span><\/p>\n

Is truly a gift from heaven if only because you love me so very much.<\/span><\/p>\n
