The old road seems shallow as my bent frame tries hard,<\/span><\/div>\n
Age has fallen upon me and it\u2019s something I can\u2019t discard,<\/span><\/div>\n
Effort is a consequence of agility lost as i try to avoid rage,<\/span><\/div>\n
How sad, that just a kiss will take even more effort with age,<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

<\/div>\n
I see you in your beautiful past before burdens made you tire,<\/span><\/div>\n
The burden of me that you carry with love is a lifetime occupier,<\/span><\/div>\n
I pray you find support from heaven that eases the load you carry,<\/span><\/div>\n
If only you had known the burden before answering yes to marry, <\/span><\/div>\n

I dreamed of only you when youth\u2019s blood flowed through my veins,<\/span><\/div>\n
I dreamed of only you in life as I never sought love from other names,<\/span><\/div>\n
As you left Heaven\u2019s gates I saw papers that were instructions of me, <\/span><\/div>\n
Titled \u201cInstructions of He\u201d I strained my eyes in my attempts to see,<\/span><\/div>\n

Strangely titled it was but easily understood that I was the \u201che\u201d,<\/span><\/div>\n
Clad in glowing white as you crossed through, changes I did see,<\/span><\/div>\n
Your gown changed to a beautiful red as my heart leapt through,<\/span><\/div>\n
My heart took a leap of spiritual awareness as I could see only you,<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
I have loved you beyond capacities of past or future men we know,<\/span><\/div>\n
You have returned such love to only one man as history will show,<\/span><\/div>\n
The road has become more difficult to walk as falling takes a toll,<\/span><\/div>\n
Each time I fall upon this path I pay repentance for things I stole,<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
To steal can mean other things such as a heart or sex without care,<\/span><\/div>\n
As I age my conscience inflicts more pain of past hurts I\u2019m now aware,<\/span><\/div>\n
I have not forgotten that love is a contract to share spouses pains,<\/span><\/div>\n
My sweet angel of Heaven\u2019s gate must endure alone in what remains,<\/span><\/div>\n

My frame is bent to no longer stand tall as pain removes my stance,<\/span><\/div>\n
May I suffer twice to absorb pain you must endure even if by chance,<\/span><\/div>\n
It fills my heart with sorrow as age steels your youth from you too,<\/span><\/div>\n
Yes, women of heavenly beauty age too, but I\u2019ll always love just you.<\/span><\/div>\n
