My heart awakens to the normal sounds of morning in my surround,<\/span><\/p>\n

The one thing I love to hear is my wife trying to not make a sound,<\/span><\/p>\n

When I finally wake I call out her name with great hope she is nearby,<\/span><\/p>\n

Though I have faced the worst of times her beauty has made me cry,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I have endured pain so extreme that my heart has ceased to beat,<\/span><\/p>\n

As a child we went through garbage cans for shoes for our feet,<\/span><\/p>\n

Those times and pain endured combined to make a very tough man,<\/span><\/p>\n

Her kiss softened my soul as well as my heart giving me a life plan,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The joys she has given me are kept in a place I call Heaven\u2019s Night,<\/span><\/p>\n

Heaven\u2019s Night is part of my Paradise it\u2019s unseen with mortals sight,<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a place within my being tied to the memories kept in my brain,<\/span><\/p>\n

Everything held dear is there such as when I kissed her in the rain,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Within Heaven\u2019s Night is her love that\u2019s been given me over time,<\/span><\/p>\n

Over time is minimal, in truth upon first eye contact she was mine,<\/span><\/p>\n

Truth be told it was I that was her\u2019s and I told her she\u2019d be my wife,<\/span><\/p>\n

She is here, an angel that prays for me and she has most of my life,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why Heaven\u2019s Night you might wonder about the chosen name,<\/span><\/p>\n

I dreamed of her loving me for two years before our first kiss came,<\/span><\/p>\n

I knew love at first sight well and carried the torch until my time,<\/span><\/p>\n

Our first kiss was magical and a gift from Heaven that was sublime,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Most everything in her life is not done for anyone other than me,<\/span><\/p>\n

She gives of her life for me as I give my life to her and do so happily,<\/span><\/p>\n

Our time is much shorter now and worry for her troubles my heart,<\/span><\/p>\n

Know that each day I love her even more and pray we never part.<\/span><\/p>\n
